Returns and Exchanges

Return Shipping and Fees

Oat Haus covers return shipping and provides a prepaid return label for approved returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Financial institutions typically complete processing within 5–10 business days.

Cancellations and Problems

You may request cancellation before an order ships. Contact us promptly about damaged, defective, or incorrect items; this policy does not limit applicable legal rights.
